Caring Family is a family-oriented Home Away from Home providing high quality care for over 53 years. We are constantly reinventing ourselves in order to meet the ever-changing need or our residents. We have recently remodeled our building to improve the comfort of our residents and to provide a home like environment. Since opening our doors, we have expanded our services to include Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy. We also offer Comfort/Palliative and Hospice Care Services.

end to Rockaway Tpke. To next traffic light and turn left onto
Route 878 South (Nassau Expwy) follow directions above.
By Subway:
"A" train to Mott Ave. station (Far Rockaway). walk 3 block
south to New Haven Ave.
By Train:
LIRR to Far Rockaway station. walk to Central Ave. And walk 4
blocks to New Haven Ave.
By Bus:
Queens: Jamaica bus line Q112 or Q113 to Mott Ave. station.
Brooklyn: Green bus line Q35 to 116th street in RockawayPark.
Change to Q22 to Mott Ave.
By car from Manhattan, Brooklyn or Queens:
Take Belt Pkwy. to Rockaway Blvd. South exit. Follow to Route 878 South
(Nassau Expwy.) Make right at Central Ave. exit. Continue into Far Rockaway, where Central Ave. turns into Beach 20th St. follow to New Haven Ave. and turn right, go past stop sight to 22-41 New Haven Ave. on left side of street. parking is available in the rear lot.
